How do I return a product?
Due to the nature of our extremely limited release runs, we are unable to offer exchange, returns or refund for change of mind. We have a full outline of returns on our Returns & Refunds page. Read it here.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Australia only at this stage, sorry!
How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalise the order. For more info, check out our Shipping page.
How is my order shipped?
We only ship items express post with signature using Australia Post. Shipping costs are governed by Australia post and are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.
When do I receive my order?
We dispatch all orders within 2-7 working days. Public holidays, COVID delays and popular ordering times like sales might affect this process. When the order is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.
From when the order is shipped it should take between 2-7 working days depending on where you live. If you’re worried about your order, please contact us via email and we’ll have a look at what might have happened.
Accepted payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and Afterpay. At this stage we don't offer Paypal.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
Can I change my order?
Short story, no. All product sold on FlexMami is limited in total units and sizes, so please choose your desired size carefully, as we are not be able to provide an exchange for a new size or a return due to change of mind. Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order.
Did my order go through?
An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail If it is missing please contact us and we’ll have a look!
How do I use a promo code?
During checkout, you can enter in a code in the promo-code field. If you have a valid code, the discount will be applied to your order total automatically.
Can I use more than one discount or promo code for a single order?
Some pieces are missing from my order.

I cannot find the style, colour or size I’m looking for.
The colours and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock at the moment. We might re-stock popular products, but since we make limited runs it is unlikely if you can’t already see it online.
